RSS has a choice of two counselors, giving you the choice of either a male or female counselor. Both have experience using various psychological assessments ranging from DASS 21, Kessler 10, GAD, K10, and MSE, and use strategies such as person-centred approaches, CBT, ACT, grounding techniques, ABC, and many other treatment strategies.
